| Jo-Li is a small breeder, located in northeast Pennsylvania, specializing in English style Labrador Retrievers. All our breeding stock have champion bloodlines and exhibit the highest qualities in health, conformation, and temperament. All have certifications for hips, elbows, and eyes.
